Slitting Services

At Solutions 4 Plastic, we specialise in the slitting and rewinding of compostable, water soluble and biodegradable films. We offer this service to outside organisations too and welcome users who are wanting to slit and wind alternative polymer materials.

With our expert knowledge and experience, at Solutions 4 Plastic can slit materials to your specification, take a look at our capabilities below:

  • Minimum slit width: 60mm.

  • Maximum width of input reel: 1600mm on 3” or 6” cores.

  • Maximum outside rewind diameter of reels: 600mm

  • Maximum outside diameter of imput reels: 800mm

  • Maximum weight of input reel: 1 tonne.
